Preparations for the 10-th jubilee edition of the Electrical and Power Engineering (EPE) Conference, to be held this year, on 18-19 October, are in ”full swing”.
Along with the Faculty of Electrical and Power Engineering, the SETIS Association is a co-organizer and sponsor.
It all started in 1999 with the first edition. The EPE is organized every two years with the intention of attracting a large national and international audience from academic and industrial communities. There are expected, as at each edition, contributions from various research teams around the globe, active in the field of electrical and power engineering.
The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Romania Section and is included in the IEEE Conference Database with registration number # 43946. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the IEEExplorer database, and then indexed in ISI WoS.
In October 2018, Iasi will be not only the cultural capital of Romania, but also the capital (at least European) of Electrical and Power Engineering.
